Neongkul Children's Library was a place that played a central role in the local community of Cheolsan4dong. Five mothers, united by the idea of raising together the neighborhood children growing up in difficult family circumstances, opened it in 2003, and until it closed in 2020, it functioned as a representative resident-led space in Cheolsan4dong. I organized the library’s history in the form of a chronology and made it into a book. Through context, one can look again at the narrative of the community.
